We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to health and hygiene concerns, we are currently not accepting returns for opened products unless we have made a mistake in your order. Returns Eligibility for Returns:

We do not accept returns for any opened items due to health and hygiene concerns.

Returns are only accepted if the wrong item was sent to you.

No returns will be accepted once the product has left our warehouse, except in the case of damage during shipment.

Damaged Items:

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Email us at info@agellabeauty.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will assess the damage and provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Return Process for Wrong Item:

Refunds Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are issued only if the wrong item was sent to you, or if your product was damaged during shipment, and the return process has been initiated as per the above guidelines.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Personalized Items

Personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is an error in the personalization that is our fault. If you have any issues with your personalized order, reach out to us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will be more than happy to assist you.
